Holy shit, the last time I wrote here was last Aug…ooof. S’up? So in the last year, not much has happened, global pandemic raged on, had my right hip finally replaced after almost a year & a half delay. Broke my thigh 3 weeks post op, turned to get out of bed and what could only be described as the sound a butchers cleaver makes when carving up anroast. Almost died in post op to repair the break. Almost died again while in rehab when my immune system revolted. Manage to survive that..made it the entire pandemic, including 2 hospital stays without catching covid…then the kid brings it home from school back in May..thankfully I’m 4x vaxxed and started paxlovid right away but holy shit that was rough. Strength’s finally returning where I can probably start shooting again soon. Started a side hustle, Arsenic and Woodchips on instagram, making multimedium art. What’s up with you guys? How’s about that revisionist history journal that was Spyed’s goodbye? WOW.

Little dude is now 4, halfway through his first year of school and loving it.
Have had to put the camera down for a few months starting from last week. On Jan 25 I had a total left hip replacement. The arthritis had finally taken it’s toll and we weren’t left with much choice. So now I’m home for 2-3 months rehabbing the hip/leg. The wife’s oddities and taxidermy shop is doing really great as well, you can check her work at www.beyondthedarkveilshop.com
