Bell Walk for Kids Help Phone Line - Completed!

Success

Well, on Sunday, `sodalicious, *Ghoulie-girlie and myself took part in the Bell Walk for the Kids Help Phone line. It was a gorgeous day out and the walk was a huge success. While we fell just a tiny bit short of our team goal of $1000 we are still plenty happy with our final tally of $820.00 many thanks to everyone that donated $$ or prizes during our fundraising drive. Big thanks go to *sacking-jimmy and =MummysLittleMonster for their artwork!

In total, the Walk raised just over 3 million dollars. That's up from last years total and is exactly 1/3 of the Phone Lines annual Operating Budget. That is Fantastic!!!

We've already got Sunday May 3rd marked off on our calendars for next years walk.

Again thanks to everyone that donated and supported us.

hey ive made a stamp to support the cause! i really relate to this issue, i have a friend whom uses this to help her through her life, and it has really doen a lot for her.

I made a stamp too... They help me out when I was a kid and well I'm unemployed at the moment so I can't really donate but I made a stamp for you... It's my first stamp so be gentle [link] lol!
